Happy June, everyone!
We hope you've been enjoying the first two volumes of Grisaia: Phantom Trigger! We've been hard at work ourselves getting all your rewards ready for production and shipping, and we'll have more updates on that later this month!
Today's big news is this: as announced a couple of weeks ago, preorders for Vol.3 of Phantom Trigger are live now on Indiegogo! The scale is slightly smaller than this Kickstarter was, but there's still tons of great new merch you can get, like the Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Artbook Vol.2, and the Indiegogo-exclusive soundtrack CD! We'll be sharing news and previews of Vol.3 throughout the campaign period, so keep an eye on the page even if you don't feel like preordering!

Complete Box preorders reopened! Vol.3 preorder start date!

Hey everyone!
The BackerKit lockdown yesterday went pretty smoothly! However, there are still a few of you with unfinished surveys or payment errors, so if you fall in that group, please get that fixed up ASAP!
As detailed yesterday and earlier, pre-orders for the Complete Box have been re-opened, both publicly and for the discounted backer-only add-on. Unfortunately, due to a small issue with BackerKit's system, if you purchased add-ons other than the Complete Box and wish to add it on now, we'll need you to contact us directly and we can help you through the process of adding it on. If you didn't grab any add-ons before now, you're good to go - just open your survey back up and head to the add-ons page to grab the Complete Box! The current planned deadline for Complete Box preorders on BackerKit is August 31, but we'll announce here if that deadline is at all extended.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to let you know that preorders for physical versions and goods for Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.3 will begin on June 4 at 7PM PT on Indiegogo! We'll begin teasing the next volume in earnest around the same time, so we hope you're looking forward to it!

As of this update, all BackerKit survey have been locked down and cards have been charged! Charges errored for a few of you, so be sure to check your emails and make sure to get your payment method is updated ASAP if you're among that group.
Everyone's survey will be re-adjusted within 24 hours to allow you to still preorder the Complete Box, but all other add-ons will no longer be available. The same is true for preorders.

BackerKit & Complete Box preorder reminder!

Morning (or afternoon or evening), everyone!
We just have a quick update for you today to remind you about a couple of things:
- BackerKit surveys will be locked down and cards will be charged on Sunday, May 21 at 23:59 PT. That's a little over three and a half days from now, so if you haven't finished your survey yet, now is the time! Phantom Trigger preorders will also close at that time.
- As we mention before, Complete Box preorders will still be available after the lockdown, for both backers and non-backers. Basically what will happen is that we will lock down all orders (charging cards for add-ons currently in your card) and close the pre-order store temporarily. We'll then remove all items other than the Complete Box from the add-on store, revert all orders to the pre-locked down state (but don't worry - all add-ons you grabbed before the lockdown will stay part of your order!), and re-open the preorder store. The upshot of all this is that even if you can't afford the Complete Box now, you can pick it up later! We haven't decided when the final lockdown date for Complete Box preorders will be, but it will likely be around the end of August or so.
We'll send out another reminder 24 hours before BackerKit closes!
