Here's the current status of reward shipments:
We have a shipping agreement in place for the campaign. We've begun transferring the reward items we currently have on-hand, including artbooks, elements of the promotion kit, blankets, and keychains. The main things currently holding us up are the physical DVD-ROM copies (production and assembly is taking longer than expected) and the full-print t-shirts (we expected these to take longer, but had a late start in getting them produced). Right now, we're aiming to have shipments both begun and finished by the end of the month if at all possible.
A few people have noticed that preorders have opened for Vol.4 of Phantom Trigger this past week in Japan. We'll have more information about worldwide preorders for Vol.4 soon, so please sit tight for now!
We'll post another update as soon as we have a concrete shipping schedule.

We said that Complete Box preorders would be open until October 7 at 23:59 PT - this was a slight mistake, and what we intended to say was that preorders will close and cards will be charged on September 7 at 23:59 PT. The digital artbook has been distributed to everyone who ordered it on BackerKit! It's a very large, high-quality file, so we had to split it into a four-part compressed archive - if you need any assistance opening this, please let us know!
In regards to Complete Box preorders, we previously announced that we would be closing them at the end of August. However, due to the delays we've experienced, we've decided to extent the preorder period until October 7. Therefore, preorders will end and cards will be charged at 23:59 PT on October 7. As we said before, there will be a limited quantity of copies available for direct purchase as well once the Complete Box is, well, complete, but this is the last chance to 100% guarantee you get a copy, as well as the last chance for the discounted backer price. You'll be happy to know that translation of the Grisaia Series Illustration Collection artbook is now 100% complete, and ready to be implemented - one step further in getting the set ready!
So now let's talk about physical rewards. We've had two major setbacks since our previous update. First, there were some issues with the English versions of the box artwork for the games, which took a bit of back-and-forth to get resolves. It's all ready now - you can take a look at a preview below - and those are ready to go to printing. As a result of this, we currently estimate that shipments will begin to go out around the second half of September. We do realize this is the second time we've pushed the shipping date back, and we do wholeheartedly apologize for that, but we are working hard to get back on track! The second issue is that due to some changes with Akio Watanabe's schedule, the original shikishi are not expected to be ready until near the end of the year. For those of you receiving original shikishi, we'll ship out the rest of your rewards when they are available and ready to go out, and the shikishi separately (at no extra charge) when they are finished. We appreciate your patience!
