A (semi) final update on shipping status.

We'll start with the most important, to-the-point information: all remaining shipments will be shipped by the first half of October at the latest. We will have this narrowed down to a specific week, and communicate that information in another update by Monday of next week, which will also include a final deadline for address changes. While there is a possibility shipments will be completed earlier than this timeframe, we are making a final commitment that all shipments will be completed by this date. For more detailed information, read on.
We met with our shipping partner today to lay out a concrete schedule for shipping of all our remaining unfulfilled campaigns. Based on our discussions, we arrived at the timeframe listed above as the absolute latest date by which packages will ship; we're currently waiting on final confirmation for specific dates for each campaign, which we provide at the beginning of next week as mentioned. There will be no further delays. For any backer whose package has not been shipped within this timeframe, we will begin the refund process.
Our shipping deadline for the English Grisaia Complete Box has moved up to slightly precede other rewards for the campaign. These shipments will still be separate from other rewards, and will be completed no later than the end of September.

Hello all! We wanted to let you know that the fifth volume of Phantom Trigger has just been released on Steam!
If you missed out on the Kickstarter campaign for the game, but still want to grab physical copies or other goodies, preorders are open now on BackerKit as well!
We continue to do everything we can to get reward shipments for this campaign underway, and will update you as soon as we have more concrete information to share.

Hello to all our backers! We have a number of announcements to share with you today, so let's get right to it.
First, and most importantly, an update on shipping status.
The primary reason for the continued delays is that an issue was discovered with the masters for physical copies of both Vol.1 and Vol.2 of the game after physical production was completed. New masters are currently being prepared, but we don't yet have a concrete date for when re-production will be completed.
The full-print t-shirts have finished production and are being transferred to our shipping provider this week.
The Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Manga Anthology has begun production, and we are currently awaiting a concrete date for when printing will finish, but expect it to be around the same time as the re-production of the physical game copies.
Based on this information, we currently anticipate shipping to begin in early August. In regards to the Grisaia Complete Box, production on most of the contents is now fully completed, but due to a separate issue, the master for one of the discs of the box is also currently being replace. We anticipate the box to finish production and begin shipping in mid-August, and will continue to update you with the latest available information on both the Phantom Trigger rewards as well as the Grisaia Complete Box.
Now, on to the good news: Speaking of the Phantom Trigger Manga Anthology, you may have already noticed, but the digital English version has been distributed to all applicable backers! If you're expecting that as part of your rewards, check your emails for a message from BackerKit with instructions on how to download it!
Also in the realm of good news, Grisaia: Phantom Trigger Vol.1 and Vol.2 have been released for Android! You can find both games in the Google Play store in most countries, so if you want to enjoy Phantom Trigger on the go, definitely check it out!
We also wanted to let you know that the fifth volume of Phantom Trigger is releasing later this week, on July 27! If you missed out on the pre-order campaign for this one, preorders will be open on BackerKit very soon, so keep an eye out for that as well.
Last but not least: the Grisaia: Phantom Trigger anime adaptation is coming soon, and preorders for exclusive Blu-Rays and more are open now! Hello to everyone from your friends here at Frontwing! We want to share a few things with you today, including (most importantly) the latest information about shipping status for your rewards. Read on for the details!
Shipping Status
We are still awaiting transfer of the goods to our shipping supplier, as indicated on the spreadsheet. As soon as we have any further information about the schedule date for shipping to begin, we'll let you know.
What we can do is share images of two reward samples we've received: the bonus button set and the t-shirt!
Anime Expo
Frontwing will be appearing at Anime Expo again this year!

An update on shipping status, with concrete dates

There are two major items which have been delayed:
The physical game set, including the Theme Song EP CD. These have been delayed because there was an issue with the printing data for the discs. They are now in production, and are expected to fully finish assembly by June 11.
We have not yet received final printing data for the full-print t-shirts. These were originally in preparation to be manufactured by a different company, but unfortunately our order was cancelled; we have received templates from the new manufacturer and are currently awaiting our designer to prepare the templates with our printing data.
Based on these delays, we are currently expecting shipping to begin sometime around the second full week of June.
There is currently one further issue: the Japanese version of the Phantom Trigger manga adaptation was originally planned to be released last year, but due to adjustments to the release schedule, it's currently unclear if or when a physical Japanese edition of this item will be produced for domestic sale. As the number of orders for the Japanese edition is quite low, it would be more difficult to have such a short run produced; however, we are currently discussing the best way to handle this issue internally and will update you again when a decision is reached.
