A quick note regarding address changes

Thank you to everyone who has contacted us with an updated shipping address! We're a bit behind in responding to everyone, but please rest assured that your messages have been received. Currently, we plan to continue processing the changes over the weekend and hope to have finished and gotten back to all of you by Monday. If there are any more delays in this schedule, we'll let you know!
Update on shipping, address changes, and Complete Box production status

The page we set up last month has been updated with current information on all reward items. We apologize for the delay in the update; we wanted to be sure we had current information for as many items as possible before updating information.
To summarize, we current hope for all items to be ready to ship by early April, and for packages to go out later that month.
If you need to have an address change processed, we can continue to accept these through Sunday, March 25. If you've contacted us with regards to an address change but haven't received a reply yet, you can expect confirmation of the change within the next week.
We do have some progress we can share with you regarding the Grisaia Complete Box. We're on track for our scheduled release in late April, and are currently putting the finishing touches on the included full-color, nearly 200-page Grisaia Series Illustration Collection. Here's a little sneak preview:

We realize how frustrating the continued delays in reward shipping are. While we understand that it may not do much to alleviate that frustration, we'd like to offer as detailed an explanation as we can of the causes behind the delays.
In a word, we bit off more than we could chew with our initial foray into publishing our own games in English. The Indiegogo campaign for Corona Blossom Vol.1 was our first significant venture into making our games available overseas, and it happened to coincide with a shift in our development model to more frequent, episodic releases. With a new game coming out every few months, we wanted to be able bring the full experience of all of these titles to our fans outside of Japan as well.
However, the shipping issues we experienced during the first Corona Blossom campaign laid the foundation for continued fulfillment setbacks. Unfortunately, while this backlog has grown, new titles have continued to be in development and, by regrettable necessity, dealing with these new titles has to an extent had to take priority.
The upshot of this is that the resources we have, which would normally be enough to handle all of our projects, have become spread too thin. In particular, some staff members originally assigned to handle the ordering and production of crowdfunding rewards have since been assigned to our heavily demanding anime development unit, leading to further unexpected and unintentional slowdown in the fulfillment schedule.
The marketing division of the company met as a group last month and made a commitment to redouble our efforts to get these campaigns fulfilled both promptly and thoroughly. We are very much aware of how our missteps reflect on us as a whole, and are looking forward to showing (not telling) everyone that we're capable of delivering on our promises and more.

This page will continue to be updated as progress is made, so please feel free to check up on it any time! We will of course announce via an update when shipments begin to go out to backers.

Greetings and happy new year to all of our backers!
As this is likely what's on everyone's mind, we'll cut straight to the chase: we haven't met our shipping estimate of the second week of January.
The further delays have arisen mainly due to a conflux of Comiket, the winter holidays, and the domestic physical release of Phantom Trigger Vol.4. Most of our rewards, including the tapestries as well as physical game copies, are produced by the same companies we use for our domestic releases (so as to ensure product consistency), and the inevitable introduction of the new title has pushed back the production of our crowdfunding goods.
Currently, we expect work on rewards to resume next week, and are hoping for shipments to begin between 2-3 weeks from the time this update is posted. We will continue to keep you updated as the process moves along. Thank you as always for your patience and support!
In terms of the Grisaia Complete Box, production is continuing, and our printing company is currently reworking the size and layout of the Short Story Collection to accommodate the English text. We hope to have the final wave of preorders ready to launch by mid-February.
Revised Shipping Schedule

First and foremost, we'd like to apologize for the delay in making this update. We wanted to ensure that we had concrete information to share with you before updating, and as of today we are now able to do so.
The status of reward production is essentially unchanged from that of the previous update. This is essentially due to some internal organizational shortcomings which unfortunately had gone unaddressed for a significant period of time. We have now assigned a new lead for reward production and fulfillment, and are confident that this will enable us to rectify the issues we've experienced with hitting our fulfillment window goals up to this point and in the future. That being said, we also take full responsibility for the delays in getting your rewards out to you, and again wholeheartedly apologize. We are currently looking into a way to compensate all of our backers for this without introducing any further delays to reward fulfillment, and will announce the details of that as soon as they are finalized.
We do have confirmed completion dates for the remaining rewards which are currently in production, and everything is scheduled to be ready to ship by December 28. However, due to the end-of-year holiday here in Japan, we currently project shipments to begin in the second week of January. We will continue to keep you updated as we move closer to that window.
Progress is also continuing on the Grisaia Complete Box, and we're currently hard at work translating the included Short Story Collection. Our current projected shipping window for that is Q1 2018, and we hope to have a more concrete idea of when those will start going out sometime in January.
