Greetings everyone.
Too many months have passed since our last schedule update, and without news for all of you. First, let us deeply apologize once more for all the issues this has caused to you.
In order to improve our communication with you, today we want to announce a change in our way of updating our campaigns.
Up until now, we only published updates after sharing a general schedule if we had new information about that particular project or if we had more specific shipping dates: this has proven to be yet another mistake on our part, since dealing with our projects in chronological order meant that we first had to work with campaigns in which we were more likely to encounter problems due to our lack of experience with crowdfunding and overseas shipping when we created them, and in consequence this made updates in later campaigns more and more scarce.
We acknowledge this lead to much dissatisfaction in the many backers across all our still unfulfilled campaigns.
In our last update, we shared with you a general schedule indicating that our crowdfunding campaigns were going to be shipped chronologically, but we only gave specific dates for the first ones.
The shipping process is still in progress, albeit with some problems mostly derived of the high number of backers, items and different shipping patterns in our oldest campaigns. Projects just received detailed and frequent updates when shipping was near or underway, and newer campaigns received no updates while they waited for their turn. Although there are backers who pledged into many of our campaigns and thus know that we are working on them, it’s not fair for those who just backed one to not receive any kind of information.
However, we didn’t think redirecting backers from a project to another unrelated one to confirm we were working was the right thing to do, but without finding another solution, we left our updates stagnant for all this time. We’re tremendously sorry for this.
However, in order to avoid this lack of periodic information, we have decided to create a compact monthly update for all our campaigns containing manufacturing and shipping progress for all our projects (except Sharin no Kuni, which is co-managed by Tokyo Otaku Mode), being the first one today.
Right now, our highest priority projects are Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.3 & Vol.4, Wonderful Everyday and ISLAND. We are currently making the necessary preparations for these four projects to ship as soon as possible.
We are also giving high priority to finalize and send the remaining items that had production issues belonging to projects with shipping underway (Corona Blossom and Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2) so that we can completely finish with them and focus our resources in the above projects and further.
Starting from this update, we will share with you the data above, updated, in a monthly basis.
As you can see, the number of projects we have tackled until now is large, and, our resources being limited, we cannot just manufacture and ship everything at once as much as we wish we could. However, we believe the only thing we can do is keep working steadily as fast as we can until we fulfill our obligations with the backers that supported us.

We want to share more information with you about the following points today!
Grisaia Complete Box
The ChaosTCG cards have been sent already to all backers who purchased a Grisaia Complete Box that did not contain one, sorry for the delay and the inconveniences.
Some of you informed us that there were timing problems in one of the Grisaia Complete Box drama CD translations: we have corrected the problem and reuploaded it.
We’re also processing the requests from all backers who did not receive their box due to it being sent to an erroneous address or who received damaged items. If you’re among these two cases and haven't received a reply from us yet, please do not hesitate to contact us via private message!
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2
The digital version of the Grisaia Phantom Trigger Comic Anthology in Japanese was distributed to all backers who purchased it, and you should have received an e-mail from BackerKit informing you of this new download. Due to a miscommunication, this wasn’t done at the same time as its English counterpart, we’re deeply sorry for the delay.
The production of the physical Japanese version of the aforementioned anthology encountered some unexpected problems and will be sent in a separate shipment. We will of course inform everyone when it's ready to ship.
We also noticed some errors in the digital English version of the anthology, so a new version of it was also distributed: you should have a notification from BackerKit in your e-mail with this download, but if you don't please let us know!
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.5.5 & Vol.6
You might know already, but the latest installments of the Grisaia Phantom Trigger series, vol.5.5 and vol.6, have just been launched on Steam!
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.5.5 is focused on everyone's clumsy but beloved teacher Arisaka Shiori: the time has come for her to make a decision about her future. Will that decision force her to leave Mihama Academy...?
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.6 continues with the main story of the series, this time focusing on the past of Haruto and his master: meet Aoi, the person who shaped the lives of the first generation of Phantom Triggers!
Related to the above, many of you have asked if we would offer physical copies of these and future games. The answer to this is yes, we will do! However, there won’t be more crowdfunding campaigns for the series.
But since we don’t want to leave all the fans who have supported us until now without the chance of completing the series, we’ve just added the Vol.5.5&6 game set and its corresponding physical goods to our BackerKit store first as a way of honoring your support! You can find it in the following link!
Pre-orders will be open for a month here, and although we also plan on selling them through third-party sellers later, here is the first place in which you’ll be able to preorder it. Also, please take into account that, same as with this and other campaigns, import taxes might be applied when buying physical merchandise. We ask you for your understanding.
Finally, we want to let you know that the Japanese holiday period known as Golden Week starts from tomorrow until May 6th, and that our response will be slower during this period.

Hello everyone,
Sorry for the silence these days: we have been working on keeping the shipping process as smooth as possible and also addressing all the questions you sent us. Today we want to share a quick heads-up of the current shipping situation and a number of topics that were brought in comments and private messages:
Although there was a small hiccup during the process, shipping for the Grisaia Complete Box has finished! Tracking numbers should be reaching everyone sequentially, but if you haven’t received one by March 10th (Sunday), please let us know and we’ll confirm the status of your package. You should be getting an e-mail notification from BackerKit with your tracking, but if you don’t, you should also be able to check it by logging into your BackerKit account.
The issue that froze the shipping of the boxes was that we discovered a defect in one of the items inside the box that was present in some of its copies, and it had to be remanufactured, which we did as soon as possible. We’re deeply sorry for not informing of this earlier.
The ChaosTCG Premium Card was erroneously not included in the first batch of boxes that was shipped: we will be sending this item separately to all affected backers.
We also got some inquiries about the Idol Magical Girl Chiru Chiru Michiru discs included within the box, and we want to apologize for not making this announcement earlier: disc 4 and 5 of the Grisaia Complete Box are identical, and you can use either one to install and play the game. This is due to a difference in master data production between the original Japanese version and the English one. The game couldn’t be split in two discs as in the original version, but we also couldn’t reduce the number of discs in the package.
It has also come to our attention that due to an internal miscommunication, some of the packages containing the Grisaia Complete Box were sent to incorrect addresses. If you believe this might be the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll confirm your current address, and send it back to the correct one as soon as it gets back to us.
Moving along to Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1&2 shipping, it will be restarting this week, but we will post a new update when that happens. Today we want to share photos of its physical package, containing the first two games and the bonus physical EP:

Hello again,
As we said in our last update, we’ve been working with our shipping provider and warehouse to reorganize and restart shipping as soon as possible. The result and our current schedule is as follows:
Grisaia Complete Box: preparations and shipping will restart during the remaining days of January
Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol.1-2-3: preparations for shipping will restart on the beginning of February
Corona Blossom Vol.1-2-3: preparations for shipping will restart mid-February
Wonderful Everyday: preparations for shipping will restart after confirming the shipping status of the projects above
We’ve also instructed the person in charge of the warehouse to get us photos of the products, and we will share them with you as soon as we get them.
After we’ve successfully shipped the projects above, we will move on to the following campaigns. More specific dates for these will be given for these in future updates.
